Decisions Decisions

So more concretely-- we decided

The show will be titled: Get Your Rube On

The goal of our Rube Goldberg Machine: To take a picture of the class and itself

Set up will start on Wednesday-- and show will take place on Friday December 3.

I was going to type in everyone's part of the machine, but I think it might be a waste of time, since a lot of ideas are really vague right now. I think we should have a building day soon, and think about how things work together. Maybe get a bulletin board, or sign up sheet in 213, for the material gatherers group, and maybe decide what kind of posters we should have for this project.

And as for news, I do have access to some ball bearings. Mark Sindelar has a little container of them that he said we could use.

If you have not signed up for a committee please do so as soon as possible.

Since this is such an involved assignment we have to get an early start. We decided to set up an order for the project since the Rube Goldberg Machine is sequential. Everyone is going to be responsible to make a section of the machine. Basically you have to work with the person before and after you to make sure your parts work together.  Come in on Monday with a proposal, and talk to the people before and after you to try to figure out how the connections can be made.
